Students at Centennial High School with Ms. Emily used the table setting guide from the News to You curriculum plus a following directions song to help prepare the table for Thanksgiving! They worked on identifying parts of a table setting (utensils, cups, etc.), sequencing, following directional cues, and daily living skills.

Students at Vickery Mill Elementary school worked on their handwriting and reading skills by doing a songwriting with Ms. Jessi focusing on all of the things they are thankful for.

Students that work with Ms. Brittany also practiced their songwriting and reading skills by reflecting on what they were thankful for.

Students with Ms. Kirby had a crazy kitchen commotion this week in preparation for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday! Her students worked on cooperation with peers, following multi-step directions, and using money to make choices in a supermarket.
